Visual artist with a specialization in Digital Art, photography, image post-production, and animation. The work encompasses experimental video art, interactive installations, photography, and audiovisual performances with real-time manipulations. Utilices tools such as the Processing Development Environment, Pure Data, and Max/MSP Jitter, among many other digital and analog resources. Holds a Master of Fine Arts (1994) from Pratt Institute School of Art and Design, New York, USA, specializing in Sculpture/Metalsmithing/Jewelry, and a Master of Fine Arts (2004) from Texas Woman’s University, Texas, USA, specializing in Photography.
In 2014, founded the LVCC Laboratory of Visualizations and Creative Code within the university, where conducts research and artistic production that integrates art research procedures and science.
Today, serves as the Director of the School of Arts (Faculty of Arts) at the National University of Río Negro (UNRN) and continues her practice as a visual artist in the laboratory.

Artista visual. Especialidad en Arte Digital (escritura de software para la creación visual). Fotografía y Postproducción de imagen y animación. Actualmente utiliza la escritura de software como materia prima para la creación audiovisual. Su trabajo se incluye en el área de video arte experimental, interactivos, fotografía y performances audiovisuales con manipulaciones en tiempo real. En su trabajo utiliza Processing Development Environment y Pure Data (también Max/MSP Jitter) entre otras muchas herramientas digitales y analógicas. Posee un Masters en Artes Visuales (1994) de Pratt Institute School of Art and Design, New York USA con especialidad en Escultura/metales/Orfebrería y un Masters en Artes Visuales (2004) de Texas Woman’s University, Texas, USA con especialidad en Fotografía.
Es Profesora de Bellas Artes (1990) egresada de la Escuela de Bellas Artes Prilidiano Pueyrredón, Capital Federal, Bs.As, Argentina. Regresó al país en 2010 después de 20 años trabajando y enseñando en el extranjero, apoyada por el Programa RAICES Red de Argentinos Investigadores y Científicos en el Exterior del Ministerio de Ciencia y Tecnología e Innovación Productiva de la Nación, para incorporarse a la Universidad Nacional de Río Negro como investigadora y docente.
En 2014 fundó el LVCC Laboratorio de Visualizaciones y Código Creativo dentro de la universidad en donde se desarrollan tareas de investigación y producción artística integrando los procedimientos de la investigación en arte al sistema científico.
Actualmente se desempeña como Directora de la Escuela de Artes (Facultad de Artes) en la Universidad Nacional de Río Negro UNRN y continúa su práctica como artista visual en el laboratorio y en su atelier en la producción de dibujos.
